The Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Guild of Organists invites you to join them with Members in Recital at Visitation Catholic Church, 5141 Main Street, Kansas City, MO on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 7:30pm to 9pm. Enjoy a night of beautiful music provided by members of our very own chapter. We will hear performances from members Tyler Boehmer, John Deahl, Nicholas Good, Kelly Ker Hackleman, Rob Hobgood, Nicholas Liese, David Plumlee, John Schaefer, Geoffrey Wilcken with music composed by J.S. Bach, Calvin Hampton, Herbert Howells, Felix Mendelssohn, J. Christopher Pardini, Louis Vierne and more.
The church’s Lively-Fulcher 3 manual 42 rank organ has seen many updates since the Kansas City chapter hosted the AGO National Convention in 2018. Come enjoy the amazing acoustics of this beautiful church and organ as our members seek to entertain other chapter members and visitors.
Covid-19 required precautions at Visitation Catholic Church include masks and six feet distancing between non-family members in the pews. Programs will be available in the pews.
